The Oscar-winning actress, 90, wore a gray zip-up hoodie over a light blue shirt with a graphic of a New Mexico general store.

The Richmond, Virginia-born movie star wore grey trousers, red shoes and black-framed glasses, while carrying a small black handbag.

MacLaine was seen with a friend who helped her walk as they headed out of the establishment, which overlooks Zuma Beach.

The Tinseltown stalwart has a soft spot for the oceanfront restaurant, having been spotted there on multiple occasions, including earlier this month on Independence Day.

MacLaine, who is the older sister of fellow showbiz icon Warren Beatty, said People She was grateful to be able to “continue working” and noted that “I have my friends and I am very healthy.”

MaClaine is preparing for the release of a new book titled The Wall of Life this fall, which will be a collection of over 150 images and stories.

“I’ve lived a wonderful life and I wanted to share it,” MacLaine said of the project, which is set to be released Oct. 22. “All of the photographs brought back wonderful memories.”

MaClaine told the outlet she was inspired to compile a book after assembling a collage of images on a wall in her Malibu home more than four decades ago.

“About 45 years ago, I put about ten framed photographs of friends, family and people I’ve worked with all grouped together on a wall in the living room,” MacLaine told the outlet. “Everyone who came over loved looking at this setup, and The Wall of Life was born.”

‘I am pleased to share a selection of these photographs – and some of the stories behind them – in this book.’

The book’s topics include her childhood with Beatty, her development on Broadway, her role as a mother, and her experiences with deceased personalities such as Frank Sinatra and Bette Davis.

In the interview, MacLaine credited more than six decades of dancing for a number of lessons she picked up throughout her life.

“I started training at age three and stopped at 67,” MacLaine said. “It taught me discipline, how to love music, how to work with people and how to deal with pain.”

MacLaine won the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her work in 1983’s Terms of Endearment.

Prior to that, she had been nominated five times: for 1977’s The Turning Point, 1975’s The Other Half of the Sky: A China Memoir, 1963’s Irma la Douce, 1960’s The Apartment, and 1958’s Some Came Running.
