Sofia Vergara shared her excitement for summer by posting a throwback photo from a trip to the Dominican Republic.
The 50-year-old Colombian actress stunned in a skimpy black bikini while standing next to a horse in the picturesque country.
In the caption added to the set of photos, she wrote “#tbt Republica Dominicana”.
In the photo she is a blonde, not a brunette, as she was over a decade ago.
The star — who was spotted in LA earlier this week — starred with Modern Family and is now on America’s Got Talent with model Heidi Klum.

This comes after she shared several swimsuit pics in December while on vacation.
The TV vet looked flawless in a pale white one-piece swimsuit that made the most of her stunning curves while posing in a lush outdoor setting.
The former bikini model donned a semi-sheer white one-piece bodysuit with a simple design.
And I added a wrap tied around her hip. It had a white background with scarlet red Easter lilies and green palm leaves.
Her chocolate locks were worn down in soft waves and she had a deep ruby red lipstick. Her nails were painted pale pink and she wore light jewelry. She eschewed shoes in favor of walking barefoot.
Vergara manages to stay in shape by sticking to lean proteins like fish and chicken instead of indulging in carbs like pizza. But she has been known to enjoy her sweets every now and then as she often shows off the cakes served during her parties in the photos shared on Instagram.
The star is also constantly working out, often in her home gym. She prefers exercise equipment such as treadmills and stair climbers but has also been seen working out with free weights.
The star has shared in the past that she suffers from hypothyroidism.

In February, she reflected on her past battle with cancer. The actress was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of 28 after doctors discovered a lump in her neck during a routine checkup.
Impressed, Vergara began, “At 28, cancer wasn’t a word I expected to hear.” A picture of herself taken after receiving treatment.
She continued, “It was just a routine check-up. But the doctors found a lump in my throat, and that word became part of my story.
I spent countless hours on radiation therapy and, eventually, surgery. Today, I can call myself a cancer survivor.
It was my first acting class after diagnosis and treatment, and seeing the scar across my throat reminded me of how blessed I felt that day—and every day since.

Vergara previously opened up about her battle with thyroid cancer during a Stand Up to Cancer telecast last year.
“When you’re young and you hear that word, ‘cancer,’ your mind goes to so many places,” Vergara said. But I tried not to panic and decided to learn. I read every book and figured out everything I could do about it.

She went on to say that early detection helped her overcome the disease, and her battle helped her get closer to her family.
“I was lucky to catch it early and have the support of my doctors and most importantly, my family,” she said. “I learned a lot during that time, not only about thyroid cancer but I also learned that in times of crisis, we work best together.”
On Wednesday, she was seen in a sizzling bikini selfie shared via Instagram.
The Fading Gigolo star showed off her stunning figure in a two-piece black bodysuit that accented her ample bust and flattering stomach front and center. The Los Angeles resident also published a nude photo of her handsome.

In her sultry mirror selfie, Sofia wore her brunette tresses straight, falling just below her shoulders.
The actress highlighted her natural beauty with a touch of matte pink lipstick and black eyeliner.
As for accessories, the elegant star wore a Van Cleef & Arpels mother-of-pearl bracelet.
The model also posted a picture of Joe flexing his muscles in a black T-shirt surrounded by green trees.
Then, she added a quick video of the stunning scene from their Caribbean home, which she dubbed “Casa Chippy Chippy.” The clip showed a stormy view of palm trees and the pale blue ocean.
She and Joe have been married since November 2015.
Vergara and Manganiello met in 2014 at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner. They got engaged on Christmas Eve 2014 after six months of dating.
They got married at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
