Fans of TV favourite Michelle Keegan will know her as the talented actress with an enviably natural aesthetic.

The 37-year-old Our Girl star has long turned heads with her glamorous, low-key looks and impressively toned physique.

But cosmetic surgery experts have pointed out that her current appearance is very different to the one she sported when she first appeared on our screens 17 years ago.

Old images of Ms Keegan, shared by beauty professionals on TikTok, reveal a dramatic transformation since her days as Tina McIntyre in Coronation Street.

Despite the actress, who is married to former TOWIE star Mark Wright, previously denying having undergone any cosmetic ‘touch-ups’, experts have now weighed in and speculated that a variety of procedures is the likely explanation for her new look.

Beth Drew, an NHS midwife and beauty professional working in Worcestershire, said in a recent Instagram video that she suspects Keegan has undergone procedures to achieve fuller lips and a contoured chin.

Some cosmetic work may have also been done on the upper eyelids, he added.

“Michelle Keegan is a fantastic example of beauty treatments done right,” she told her 4,000 followers on Instagram.

‘Most people look at Michelle Keegan and think, ‘Wow, she’s naturally beautiful, and she absolutely is.’

-But there’s not really much that’s natural about it.

“But it looks natural because it’s so well done.”

Her youthful appearance could be due to anti-wrinkle injections such as Botox around the eyes and forehead, Ms. Drew said, which relaxes facial muscles to soften lines and wrinkles.

‘In my professional opinion, I think she’s had Botox applied especially to her forehead and eye, just to open them up a bit.

“You can see in the before photos, her eyes were slightly hooded and in the after photos they weren’t,” she told her followers in the video.

Her youthful appearance could be down to anti-wrinkle injections, such as Botox, she had around her eyes and forehead, Beth Drew said. Keegan is pictured earlier this year in February.

‘So Botox can really lift the brows and soften fine lines and wrinkles.’

‘I think she may have had a nose job or a non-surgical rhinoplasty with dermal filler.’

In a rhinoplasty, surgeons reshape the tip of the nose during a complex operation, often removing some cartilage and soft tissue.

But it carries the risk of complications, including possible asymmetry or removing too much tissue, which would make the nose appear too tight.

In recent years, non-surgical rhinoplasties have become popular. These involve filling in bumps with injections of hyaluronic acid, the same substance used to plump up areas such as the lips and cheeks.

Despite its popularity, surgeons have previously suggested that using filler at a young age carries multiple risks, including having skin stretched and sagging earlier than normal.

Mrs Drew added: “She’s definitely had fillers in her lips but it’s been done really well. She’s also had contouring around her jaw and chin.”

‘He may not have even had jaw surgery.

“It could be that she had filler injected into her chin and that lengthened her jawline. She looks impressive.”

Keegan has never publicly confirmed or denied having had rhinoplasty.

She has also never shared whether she has undergone non-surgical cosmetic treatments, such as fillers or injections like Botox.
