The 63-year-old Basic Instinct actress threw a peace sign as she stepped outside in northern Italy, wearing a white T-shirt with a graphic slogan and dark blue rolled-up jeans.

She beamed a wide smile as she rocked a chic pair of chained shades and color-coordinated her t-shirt with white sneakers.

The outing comes after she took to her Instagram during a photo shoot on Friday and urged her followers to pray for her cousin River, 11 months, after he was found in his crib with total organ failure.

Shocked by the news, Sharon shared a photo of River in his hospital bed and pleaded, “We need a miracle.”

The Emmy winner wrote: ‘My cousin and godson River Stone was found in his crib [with] total organ failure today.
