The 66-year-old actress wore an extravagant gown covered in a monochrome print with feather fringe along the one-shoulder neckline and down to the hem.
The floor-length gown paid homage to her famous scene from Basic Instinct, where the 32-year-old wore a white minidress on a dark set.
The ageless beauty kept her accessories minimal, going jewelry-free and with her blonde locks pulled back.

Speaking to Variety, Sharon explained that the world of film has changed dramatically due to the increasing demand to make money, but is now changing again by moving away from big blockbusters towards “smaller, more relevant films.”
She also spoke about the increased involvement of women in the film-making process: “I just have to say that women are now writing, producing and are increasingly part of film-making, and films are less about men writing about their fantasies about what women are like and actors are asked to act out the male fantasy and critics are asked less to tell us whether we live up to the male fantasy.
Earlier in the day, Sharon looked incredible as she arrived on another red carpet at the festival, dressed in a sheer, sparkly dress with a mini slip underneath.
She radiated elegance in her sparkling dress and flaunted her youthful looks as she posed at the event.

The famous interrogation scene in Basic Instinct saw Sharon’s character Catherine being questioned by the police, including… Michael Douglas.
Amidst the barrage of questions, Catherine distracts them by uncrossing and re-crossing her legs, leaving the men baffled as she was not in her underwear at the time.
The scene was highly controversial at the time and has now gone down in history as one of the most infamous in film history.

In her memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice, Sharon described how she furiously slapped its director Paul Verhoeven and walked out of a preview screening of the erotic thriller after discovering that his assurances that she would not appear on screen had been a lie and that audiences could, as she put it, “see as far as Nebraska”.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Sharon claimed that the $18 million she had accumulated after more than two decades in the film industry evaporated during the years she was unable to work due to brain damage caused by the stroke.
The actress, who has controversially claimed that Kevin Spacey’s banishment from Hollywood was partly inspired by homophobia, blamed her loss of millions on people around her who allegedly mismanaged her money as she struggled to regain basic functions, such as the ability to read, which she lost “for a couple of years.”
In all, Stone said it took him seven years to almost fully recover from the effects of the life-threatening stroke, and doctors gave him only a one in 100 chance of surviving.
“People took advantage of me during my recovery time,” Stone said. “I had $18 million saved up from all my success, but when I got my bank account back, it was all gone.”
She described the surreal feeling of having little to her name once she was competent enough to take charge of her finances.
“My refrigerator, my phone… everything was in other people’s names,” he revealed.
He later clarified: “I didn’t have any money.”
