A stunning mansion in Sydney’s eastern suburbs has been acquired by Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec.

The 61-year-old Canadian tech millionaire and his Australian-born wife Kym Johnson, 47, reportedly paid $23 million for the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom heritage home.

Herjavec purchased the multi-level Federation-style block from Afterpay founder David Hancock, who purchased Centennial Park in 2019 for $8 million.

Located six kilometers from the CBD, the majestic home has been listed with a guide price of $21 million to $23 million.

Although the exact sales figure is confidential, reports indicate that it is over $23 million.

And because the block measures 835 square meters, Herjavec paid up to $27,500 per square meter, according to a neighborhood report. The Wentworth Mail.

Nicknamed “Centennial House”, the house was built in 1905.

Former owner Hancock and his wife Lee spent five years renovating the house alongside prestigious firm Weir Phillips Architects.

Highlights include a formal dining room, living room, private library and antique-style parlor.

Meanwhile, the second level features a magnificent master bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and private balcony.

There is also a huge kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a ‘loggia’ (covered patio), swimming pool and sculpted gardens.

Originally built in 1905 and nicknamed the “Centennial House,” the home combines Old World elegance with modern luxury.

Other highlights include a lower ground floor which houses a gym, cellar and media room.

It comes after dancer Kym married Herjavec in 2016, a year after they fell in love as partners on the US version of Dancing with the Stars.

She welcomed twins Hudson and Haven in 2018 after undergoing IVF.

Robert has three older children, two daughters and a son, from his first marriage.

Kym rose to fame on the Australian version of Dancing with the Stars in 2004, winning first place in 2005 with TV presenter Tom Williams.

In 2006, she moved to the United States to become a professional dancer on the American version.

The couple spent $7.58 million on a house in Rose Bay in 2021.
