Shannen Doherty officially filed for divorce from her ex Kurt Iswarienko and the termination of alimony just one day before his tragic death at age 53.
We weekly Documents indicating the actress and her ex were moving forward with their uncontested divorce were filed on Friday, July 12, just one day before the Beverly Hills, 90210 star died following a battle with breast cancer.
The former spouses jointly filed a declaration of non-compliance with the dissolution of their marriage.
Court documents say: ‘This matter is proceeding as an uncontested action.’
Additionally, Doherty waived her right to spousal support: “I knowingly forever waive any right to receive spousal or partner support,” she wrote.
The filing stated that both exes were asking the court to end any support.
