The Grammy-winning singer continued: “I would use the word ‘conscientious.’ You’re just being conscientious. You’re just being your best professional self.

Twain also included a clip of her applauding as she watches a group of schoolchildren perform for summit attendees.

The performer’s final clip showed her singing her 1999 hit Man! I feel like a woman! with a group of summit attendees.

The songwriter spoke about writing the song during an interview that took place at the summit and revealed that she was inspired by her past struggles with her image.

She stated through MSNBC: ‘I am a very self-aware person in many ways. It’s a work in progress. And that’s why I wrote the song, Man! ‘I feel like a woman!’ because I was always very conscious of my body.’

Twain also recalled going through particularly traumatic experiences during puberty and talked about wearing oversized clothing “for a long, long time” as a coping mechanism.

The hitmaker later claimed that she wrote the song as a way to express and promote self-love.

‘I was affirming, exclaiming, that I am happy with myself. And this is my way…So I really took ownership of finally being a woman,” she said.
