A pedophile who posed as a teenager online and forced three 12-year-old girls to commit horrifying sexual acts has been sentenced to 10 years in jail.
Randall Scott Waters, 52, pleaded guilty to multiple counts, including possession of child exploitation material and incitement to an indecent act by a child on Thursday.
The Hackham West man posed as a 16-year-old boy from South Australia when he messaged a young woman on Instagram, before engaging in a sexual relationship with her in 2016.
Over the course of a year, the victim and her two 12-year-old friends were forced to perform graphic sexual acts on each other, including bestiality to their pets, eating their own feces, and drinking their own urine.
Randall Waters, 52, (pictured) forced three 12-year-old girls to send him explicit material after being assessed as “low risk”.
Mr. Waters also sent child exploitation material to one of the victims to show her what acts he wanted her to perform and had her post her underwear.
The three girls were blackmailed by Mr. Waters, who threatened to send explicit images and videos to their families or post them online if they did not comply with his demands.
Police found files from the 1970s with child exploitation material on the predator’s phones when he was arrested.
District Court Judge Emily Telfer said the offense was “cruel, manipulative and exploitative,” reported The Advertiser.
“You and people like you are the reason that parents cannot allow their children to independently explore the Internet and the world of social media,” he told the court.

‘You introduced yourself as a 16-year-old boy living in South Australia.’
“The truth is that at the time you were a man in your 40s living in a granny apartment in the back of your parents’ house with convictions for sex crimes against a child.”
Waters had previously been sentenced for sexually abusing a child and making a video of it in 2012, serving three years in prison.
He successfully completed a sex offender treatment program and was assessed as “low risk” after his release.
The court heard that Waters became a ‘social recluse’ and his chronic loneliness and inability to find work led him to commit crimes online.
Judge Telfer sentenced Waters to 10 years and seven months in jail, with a non-parole period of eight years and five months.
