Footage has emerged of a convicted sex offender beaten in the head as vigilantes follow every movement of the pedophile.
Shannon Norgate was convicted of sexually assaulting two boys in a school toilet facility in Gladstone, northwest Queensland in 2019. He pretended to be a security guard to lure them in.
The 22-year-old is on probation after 406 days in prison and stayed at a property near Brisbane until Wednesday when told to move by police.
Since then, every move he makes has been followed online by vigilantes, to make sure that his move doesn’t pose a risk to children in the neighborhood.

One of those people decided on Friday to take matters into his own hands and beat Norgate while waiting at a transit center in Brisbane.

The woman making recordings can be heard giggling when the 22-year-old protects herself from the blow.
A series of photos has also been published online of Norgate traveling around the city by public transport.
Police asked the sex offender to move on Wednesday because of his proximity to Yeronga State School.
Members of the public reported seeing him earlier this morning at the police station on Roma Street in Brisbane.
