A serial rapist sexually abused a woman on mesepoint and threatened to do the same for her daughter after meeting her in a kebab shop.
Anthony Francis Porter, 46, has only been imprisoned by an NSW court for four years for his fifth horrific rape in a violent crime history of two decades.
The victim was so afraid of his threat to rap her 13-year-old daughter when she said she moved between the states and 13 years did not come forward.
Porter met the woman at the takeaway in Griffith, NSW, late January 5, 2002, when she was on her way home after a night out.

He convinced her to come back to his house for coffee and although they kissed, she said that she was not ready to move on because she was not about her ex.
The victim said that Porter then suddenly snapped & # 39; & # 39; and slapped her face several times, and then grabbed a knife from the kitchen.
Porter dragged her by the hair into the bedroom and threw her onto the bed with enough force to break his legs.
He then raped her while she held the knife to the back of her leg and then forced her to perform a sex operation.
"Porter told the victim that he would let her go, but if she went to the police, he would do something to her daughter that he had just done to her," Judge Clinton Hoeben said in his statement.
The victim went to Griffith Hospital and told the staff that she had been raped, but although she had had a rape package done, she did not report it to the police.
Terrified of Porter's threats, she moved to Queensland and struggled with post-traumatic stress until she finally contacted the police in 2015.
A psychological report to the court said she suffered from flashbacks and nightmares, difficulty sleeping or concentrating, & # 39; extreme anxiety & # 39 ;, and became emotionally numb and detached from others.
& # 39; She also described feelings of low mood, suicide, and intentional self-injury & # 39 ;, the report said.
Porter was in a row for other sexual attacks when he raped the woman, as well as when he was arrested in September 2015.
The first was when he was imprisoned for & # 39; serious sexual abuse & # 39; committed in 1993 who saw him imprisoned for the remainder of the 1990s.

In February 2001 he visited a woman he knew at her home, where he raped her at her knee point and forced her to perform a sexual act with him.
& # 39; At various stages of the incident, he threatened to kill her, & # 39; heard the court.
He was imprisoned for eight years the following year with a five-year non-pooling period, which was added to yet another sexual crime.
Only four weeks after he raped the woman he met in the kebab shop, he walked a woman home in the early hours of February 2, 2002.
He suggested they go to her house for & # 39; coffee & # 39; and when she refrained from attacking her & # 39; violent & # 39; in the street and raped her while she threatened her life.
For this crime, he was imprisoned for nine years with a non-parole period of five years and was released in July 2012.
Months later, he was arrested again when evidence of a 1992 rape and armed robbery matched his DNA.
Porter tasted a few months of freedom in 2015 and 2016 before he was convicted of the 1992 crimes and has since been imprisoned.
During his many years in prison, Porter was cited for 10 disciplinary offenses, most recently when he illegally delivered or received an intimate article & # 39; in 2016.
Finally, he was imprisoned for eight years with a non-pooling period of four years in February 2002 for the January 2002 rape.
Porter appealed his judgment and was denied last Wednesday by a panel of three judges from the NSW Court of Appeals, who awarded him a & # 39; serial cracker & # 39; which posed a significant danger to women & # 39 ;.
