Serena Williams finds it hard to be a working mother.
The tennis star – who has two-year-old daughter Alexis Olympia with her husband Alexis Ohanian – admits that it can be difficult to raise a little girl and also concentrate on her daily work, making her “exhausted and stressed out” feels.
She wrote: ‘I am not sure who took this photo, but working and being a mother is not easy. I am often exhausted, stressed and then I play a professional tennis match.

She said: ‘I actually prefer to play during the day because I go home to see my baby.
“I missed her the last few nights when I played. In the beginning she would be really upset when I left.
“And now she’s a little better. I think I’m a little more upset. But at the same time she certainly takes it a bit difficult. She is still super young. “

Serena revealed that while it is difficult to not always be there for her daughter, she thinks it is “good for her” to still be able to work.
