California Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s vacation home in Aspen, Colorado, has sold for $25.25 million, eight months after it was listed for $29.9 million, according to Wall Street Journal.
The 36-acre property includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a quarter for private caretakers, a pool, hot tub, and pond.
The home, known as Bear Paw Ranch, was listed in July following the death of Feinstein’s husband of 42 years, Richard Blum, in February 2022.
The Feinstein estate in Colorado is the second sprawling home her family has sold in recent years after they listed their Lake Tahoe estate for $41 million in 2021.

Potential candidates for Feinstein’s seat in 2024 include Representatives Barbara Lee, Adam Schiff and Katie Porter.
