Throughout his life, the 31-year-old tirelessly dedicated his time to using his £46million fortune and stardom in a bid to help others in need.
Payne worked with Unicef and anti-poverty charity Trussell Trust to help residents of his West Midlands hometown of Wolverhampton.
From volunteering at his local food bank to donning his boots for a Soccer Aid match twice, the pop star had a “burning desire… to do good.”
A month before his sudden death, the singer had donated £10,000 to various GoFundMe pages.

His friend told him the sun: ‘Liam had all this money and, yes, he had fancy things in life, but he also had a burning desire to use his money to do good.
‘Even in the weeks before his death, and when he was fighting his own demons, he was helping others.
‘He was very passionate about being a good person, especially when it came to children. In that sense, he was like one of his idols, George Michael.”
Previously in 2021, Payne had auctioned off her clothes and raised a staggering £15,000 for various charities.
It has been revealed that Payne, a loving father to seven-year-old Bear, had donated thousands of dollars after reading several tragic stories on GoFundMe in a single night.
Victims of a school shooting, people requiring life-saving operations and people diagnosed with cancer were among the many people Payne helped that night.
Liam donated £2,300 to Jack, 28, from the United States, who had been diagnosed with stage 4 B-cell lymphoma on September 30.
Later that night, he gave £770 to a young woman who had been injured in a school shooting to help her pay her medical bills.
A further £2,223 was donated to help Kailyn, a four-year-old girl who had suffered a stroke.
Liam said at the time: ‘As a father, it hits me differently. I have been spending the last few nights trying to finalize donations so that they can perform the operations they need, they would be free in my country.
It has been revealed he spent £10,000 donating to various GoFundMe pages in a single night last month.
After releasing five albums with one of the biggest boy bands of all time, Liam released his first solo album titled LP1 in 2019.
Throughout her music career, the pop star collaborated with artists such as J Balvin, French Montana, Dixie D’Amelio and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie.

“What matters to me is that that child can live the life he is supposed to live.”
His charitable work doesn’t end there, as he was previously a guest of honor at a new youth center in Wolverhampton and later donated £3,000 to the facility.
During that year, he teamed up with Wimbledon champion Andy Murray and Fresh Meat star Jack Whitehall to perform a sketch for Unicef.
In 2022, when asked about the legacy he would like to leave and how he would like to be remembered, he said, “Honestly, just being a good guy.”
