Gómez and the rest of the Emilia Pérez cast received the Order of Arts and Letters at Villa Albertine, the French Institute for Culture and Education, in New York.
The honor is awarded to people whose art, literature or other creative works have made a “significant contribution to the enrichment of French cultural heritage.”
