Football fans have immortalized the tree that NRL commentator Paul Kent was thrown into in an alleged street fight on a Sydney street by making it a local landmark on Google Maps.
Footage went viral on social media on Sunday morning showing Kent and another man arguing outside the Three Weeds hotel in the inner Sydney suburb of Rozelle before their altercation allegedly turned physical.
In the clip, Kent can be heard calling the other man a “doghead” before they allegedly get into a physical confrontation that extends across the street from the location.
Footage shows the commentator allegedly being thrown into a tree and landing head-first in the gutter before rising from the ground.

Kent has been suspended from his duties at Fox Sports and the Daily Telegraph while his employers investigate the incident, and on Wednesday police charged him with affray.
The site has attracted a lot of attention from football fans, and the broadleaf paperbark tree has become the subject of many online memes.
Typing ‘Kenty’s Tree’ into Google will bring up its status as a local landmark, and it already has 88 reviews with a 4.9 star rating.
The entry also shows Kent’s face superimposed on an image of Ent Treebeard from the Lord of the Rings films.

The tree in front of the Three Weeds Hotel in the inner-western Sydney suburb of Balmain has been described as the “eighth wonder of the world” in a review on Google.
“Please be respectful and take off your watch before approaching the tree,” said another.
“Despite their appearance, the roots are NOT soft,” a third posted.
‘If you feel like diversifying, look no further! I was paralyzed when I saw it, I felt like my head was doing a 360 degree turn!’ another joked.
On Wednesday, Kent smiled for the camera when WhatsNew2Day Australia captured him returning home with his lawyer George Elias after being hospitalized for what Elias said were four or five broken ribs.
When asked how his back was, Kent responded “good” and declined to go into detail about what happened during the incident.
