This is the horrible moment that armed armed men ambushed a hearse driver in a gas station on Monday and killed him in broad daylight.
Guard images at the gas station in Mapeco, a neighborhood in the city of Uruapan, captured a male suspect while pointing his military assault weapon at the motorist while seated in the vehicle for the funeral.
The man then opened fire from close by, while a nearby pick-up drove back as far as possible and another bystander ran to cover at the gas pumps.

The shooter's accomplice then rolled through the window of the right rear passenger door and shot at the driver of the hearse.
He then got out and kept firing more bullets on the victim before fleeing into a vehicle.
The Mexican National Guard, Michoacan State Police officers and paramedics arrived on the scene, but the hearse driver was already dead.
The identity of the victim was not publicly disclosed by authorities who did not state whether the shooting was cartel-related.
It is unknown whether there was a body in the hearse at the time of the shooting.
No arrests have been reported.
