Emily Ratajkowski’s estranged husband Sebastian Bear McClard has been photographed for the first time since he was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women.
The Uncut Gems producer, 42, stepped out in New York on Sunday wearing a lavender jacket with plaid lining over a white T-shirt and gray jeans.
Sebastian paired the outfit with bright red sneakers and blocked his eyes with a pair of sunglasses for the outing.
The producer appeared in good spirits, at one point letting out a smile, and a female companion joined in, and the two shared a hug.
It comes after Bear-McClard was accused of “grooming” two teenage girls via Instagram before sleeping with them.

Bear-McClard has been accused of sexual misconduct by two women in documents obtained by her diverse and “disturbing behaviour” by a third.
He allegedly reached out to the 17-year-old on Instagram in 2016 before meeting her in a Soho loft, promising that she would be able to meet Good Time star Robert Pattinson on the set of the movie. which was produced by Josh and Benny Safdie.
She claims she was left waiting on set in New York for her scene to be called and forced to strip naked in front of approximately a dozen men and crew members.
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Bear-McClard and Ratajkowski for comment.
The woman, 24, claims she was also nude in front of the Safdie brothers and was paired with an actor who had recently been released from prison before being set to star in the film.
A spokeswoman for Safdies told Variety: “The Elara team was made aware of Sebastian McClard’s behavior in July 2022. They took immediate action and terminated him.”
Pattinson was not in a position to set the tone for the problematic “Good Time” scene, which does not appear in the final version of the film.
The producer is now in the midst of a contentious divorce and custody battle with 31-year-old Emily – who recently caught lips with Harry Styles.

He is also involved in a private mediation with the Safdie brothers, who fired him from their joint production company, Elara Pictures, last summer.
It is not clear if the documents obtained by Variety were available as part of the ongoing divorce proceedings between the estranged spouses, or the internal investigation that saw Bear-McClard fired by the production company.
In a statement released in August last year, the woman said, “I was completely stunned and horrified. My plight only got worse when, out of nowhere,[an actor]whispered in my ear if he “could stick it out” as the cameras rolled. I said no”.’
She went on to say that she began sleeping with Bear-McClard even though she was 17, and the pair continued a consensual relationship for more than two years. The age of majority in New York is 17.
The woman’s name appears in the credits for the movie.
Bear-McClard did not discuss payment for the role with her, but then bought her cigarettes.
Another woman—who was 18 at the time of the accident—claims to have been arranged by the then-married Per McClard.
He reportedly called her on Instagram and promised to make her a star, while working on Uncut Gems — which starred Adam Sandler.

The second woman claims she was invited to the apartment Bear-McClard shared with actress Ratajkowski, where they slept together.
In a statement, she added, “Sebastian and I started kissing. Things escalated and then, without asking my consent, Sebastian inserted himself inside me without a condom.
She claimed he also called her “retards” and “k*ke”, before telling her he meant her as a joke.
Documents indicate that she accuses Bear-McClard of tracking her via the phone and the app on her phone, as well as messaging a 15-year-old girl on Instagram.
Her statement added: ‘Sebastian seemed pleased with himself and laughed at my comment. He did not deny my accusations.
Sources told Variety that his liaison with the 15-year-old as well as his romantic connections with a fourth woman on the Uncut Gems set led to him being fired by the Safdies.
But the allegations regarding the 15-year-old do not appear to constitute the official allegations.
A fifth woman, who worked in the film industry as an apprentice and assistant, also filed a statement alleging Bear-McClard engaged in disturbing conduct.

This was reportedly the footage from which A24 purchased the film, although the scene was never finally cut.
A24 declined to comment on the matter, but first signed on to both Bear-McClard and Safdie’s in 2020 — long after the allegations were directed at film insiders.
