EWE Baskets Oldenburg will have to do without winger Alen Pjanic in the season finale of the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL).
As the Oldenburgers announced, the 26-year-old broke his left arm in the narrow 91:89 win at the Niners Chemnitz at the weekend and had to undergo an operation on Monday morning.
“This is not only bad news for the team, but especially for Alen that his season is over in this way and at this point in time,” said Srdjan Klaric, Sporting Director of the Baskets: “Alen has had a fantastic season so far played and was one of our most tireless drivers with high energy levels in many games.”
