Sean Garinge, 16 and pregnant, died on February 28 in an all-terrain vehicle accident at the age of 20 in Boone, North Carolina.
He was seen in the sixth season of the show with the former Selena Gutiérrez and their two children, Dareli and Esmi.
His mother Mary Hobbs told him The US Sun about the circumstances of the tragic accident, in which Garinge’s skull was ‘crushed’.
Hobbs said, “He was just moving (the ATV) from one parking spot to another so I could park again.”
“He stopped in front of me to park the ATV and the ground gave way from all the rain and mud.”

Hobbs said her son’s head suffered serious head injuries when the ATV rolled over.
She added: I ran to the neighbors trying to get someone to help me get the ATV off of him. Nobody answered. I ran towards him. At that moment I realized that he was no longer alive.
