Diddy – who also changed his Twitter name to Love – didn’t seem to mind that his private details were on the internet for billions, as his driver’s license number and address hadn’t been blurred in the photo post.

He also shares a picture of himself writing in a notebook with the progression of his aliases: Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy and finally Love.

The founder of Bad Boy Records captioned the image to his 15.6 million followers: ‘Look what I just got in the mail today … [black heart, shooting star, stars, and lightning bolt emojis] IT IS OFFICIAL!!! WELCOME TO THE LOVE ERA. ‘

Diddy first stated that he would change his name to Brother Love in November 2017, but has since opted to drop his born Sean’s first name.

“I decided to change my name again!” he told fans in a Twitter post at the time.

“My new name is LOVE or Brother Love.” He hashtags his excited post: ‘Takedat’.

And finally, we thought, in 2005 he dropped the P for the simpler Diddy (except for the week in 2011 when he passed Swag).

He eventually chose Brother Love in 2017.
