The 40-year-old media personality flaunted his extreme weight loss in a baggy tracksuit as he stepped out for a meal with his friends at Catch Steak restaurant in West Hollywood.
He threw on a black jacket over a brown T-shirt and paired it with oversized cargo pants.
The reality star – who was spotted leaving her ex Chloé Bartoli’s residence with a suitcase in tow earlier this week – donned a pair of cream-colored sneakers to complete her look.
He was later seen leaving Offsunset nightclub with bombshell Sarah Bauer, 28, identified as Page six.

She wore strappy black heels and sat right next to Disick after their night of partying.
The couple was also seen with Disick’s friend, model Jordan Barrett, 27, who also underwent an extreme weight loss transformation.
Disick’s outing comes after he was spotted leaving his ex’s house earlier this week with a suitcase and toiletry bag in hand.
He and Bartoli were first romantically involved 18 years ago and briefly dated in 2006 after he and his ex Kourtney Kardashian called it quits.
In 2015, Kourtney and Scott’s on-again, off-again relationship ended for the final time.
They reportedly broke up because she saw viral photos of him meeting a 33-year-old stylist on vacation in the south of France.
They were photographed again two years later in Cannes and again late last year frolicking in the ocean in St. Barthélemy.
