Scott Disick’s dramatic weight loss was on display again when he stepped out for a casual outing in New York City on Thursday.
After reportedly struggling with weight gain amid his ex Kourtney Kardashian’s new romance with Travis Barker, insiders have claimed that Scott allegedly turned to Ozempic when he began comparing himself to the Blink-182 drummer.
For her latest outing, the reality star, who let some hair grow over her thin face, donned a voluminous gray jacket.
He partially hid his features with a pair of orange sunglasses, a plain black t-shirt and pants with a pair of white sneakers.
One night earlier, Scott was taking his three kids and Kourtney, Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, nine, to dinner at Nobu, accompanied by his longtime on-again, off-again love, Bella Baños.

Allowing a touch of beard to grow on his thin face, the reality star wrapped his small frame in a voluminous gray jacket.
Bella and Scott have been involved sporadically at intervals dating back to 2017, when they were spotted together in Costa Rica.
More recently, Scott reportedly found it difficult to see the Poosh founder move on with Travis and famously attacked his PDA in a leaked direct message in 2022.
Now inside sources have claimed the troubled star is in a “desperate situation” and there is talk of an intervention after his use of Ozempic left him looking shockingly emaciated.
“Kourtney’s marriage to Travis took a toll on Scott and as he got older he compared himself to Travis, and the fact that Travis was skinny didn’t help,” a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.
“Scott turned to food as a crutch because he couldn’t turn to drugs.”
The source added that the star rejected alcohol and drugs as a means of coping, and emphasized that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star does not want to jeopardize her relationship with her children.
“He loves his kids too much to try to ruin his relationship with them,” the source said. ‘Kourtney, of course, is worried because he is the father of her children.
“After the photos emerged, people close to Scott realized how serious the situation is, but they are fighting for an intervention since many people around him also take the drug. It would be like the pot calling black the teapot.’
The reality TV star is known to have found it difficult to watch Poosh founder Kourtney move on with the Blink-182 drummer (pictured together in 2022).
The source claimed that it is “very likely” that Scott’s weight loss crisis will appear on an upcoming season of The Kardashians.
“Scott knows,” they said. “He signed a contract, so there’s not much he can do about it using his worrying appearance on TV.”
Scott dated Kourtney from 2006 to 2015, and the reality TV star cited his sobriety battles as the reason for their split.
Kourtney moved on with drummer Travis, and the couple tied the knot in May 2022. The couple, who are no strangers to very public displays of affection, welcomed their first child together, Rocky, last year.
Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that Kourtney is allegedly worried about Scott, who insiders say has gone “too far” with Ozempic in a desperate attempt to get rid of his “dad bod.”
Fans were concerned about his health after he was seen noticeably slimmer over the weekend, before it was revealed he had been using Ozempic.
Scott, pictured ahead of Ozempic in 2021 in Miami, has struggled with his weight over the years, with insiders claiming he wanted the “easy way out of his dad bod.”
Scott was photographed looking noticeably slimmer after a meal with friends at Catch Steak restaurant in West Hollywood on Saturday night, and fans initially feared his appearance was the result of an undisclosed illness or drug use.
Scott, who lost both his parents in 2013 and 2014, has openly struggled with substance abuse and alcoholism.
But a source said: “He is not ill and is not doing hard drugs.” Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with his children if he was mired in an addiction.
‘Scott started taking Ozempic because he was having serious problems with his weight gain. Last year around this time he looked fat.
“He had gained a lot of weight and couldn’t stand seeing himself in the videos that aired in recent months. He would do everything he could to cover it up.
‘Scott wanted the easiest way out of his dad body. But now it’s clear he’s gone too far and of course the family are worried about him.’
The source added: “They’ll probably use this for ratings for The Kardashians shows.” Scott is strong and will be able to get through this, especially now that he knows it has become a big problem for his image and fame.’
Scott’s well-being became a topic of conversation last year following an episode of the popular Hulu reality show in which Khloe expressed concern about his health after suffering a back injury.
The star’s problems began in August 2022 after a car accident that left his Lamborghini overturned.
The source stated, “As he got older, it didn’t help that he compared himself to Travis, and Travis being skinny didn’t help.”
The star, like many in Hollywood, wanted to use the wonder drug as a quick way to shed the extra pounds she had gained after Kourtney moved away and suffered a back injury.
The source added: “After the photos surfaced, people close to Scott realized how serious the situation is.”
During the episode, Scott admitted that he hadn’t been doing the physical therapy needed to recover and later told his doctor, “I haven’t been able to run.” I gained weight.’
Khloe Kardashian said: “I think Scott needs a little pep talk because this is probably the unhealthiest I’ve ever seen him.” He can barely move and everything is on his back, so that wouldn’t make anyone feel good.
Scott later admitted that he had “gained a lot of weight…because of my back.”
He had a near-fatal overdose in 2014 after taking almost an entire bottle of sleeping pills after a wild night of drinking and partying.
Finally, Kourtney convinced him to check into rehab for a month-long stay.
He was also hospitalized for alcohol poisoning in June 2020.
In 2017, he told DailyMail.com that he used legal SwissX cannabis oil to “relax.”
He made changes to his diet in 2020 after discovering he had low testosterone levels.
Scott was in a long-term relationship with Kourtney Kardashian from 2006 to 2015. The former couple, pictured in October 2013, share three children.
Kourtney has since moved on with Travis, and the loved-up couple tied the knot in May 2022 and welcomed their son Rocky last year.
Scott was photographed on a sprinter next to the Universal Music Group employee, who was wearing black strappy heels and was sitting directly next to Scott after their night out.
The reality TV star, who was recently spotted leaving ex Chloe Bartoli’s residence with a suitcase in tow, was out with friends on Saturday night when pictures of her stunning new look began circulating.
He was later seen leaving the Offsunset nightclub with bombshell Sarah Bauer, 28, identified by Page Six.
The couple was also seen with their friend, model Jordan Barrett, 27, who also underwent an extreme weight loss transformation.
