Scherri-Lee Biggs was one of the breakout stars of the most recent season of The Celebrity Apprentice.

But the model and TV host secretly struggled with a health issue while filming the show.

In a column for Nine Honey, the 30-year-old revealed she has psoriasis, dermatitis and is allergic to makeup.

“There were mornings when I woke up and my skin was so inflamed it looked like I’d been punched in the eye, knowing that when I go to work, there should be a thick layer of makeup on my red, raw skin.” applied,” she revealed.

Scherri-Lee rose to fame when she won Miss Universe Australia in 2011 – the year after Jesinta Franklin took the crown.

She represented her country in the Miss Universe 2011 pageant and finished in the top 10.

The South African-born beauty, who emigrated to Australia as a child, has since built an impressive television career.

She got her first break as a sports and travel presenter for Seven News in Melbourne.

She then moved to her hometown of Perth to become the new weather host for Nine News, replacing Sally Ayhan.

For a time, she made headlines as footy WAG while dating Brad Sheppard of the West Coast Eagles.

The couple dated for about 18 months and broke up after a seemingly romantic European vacation during the AFL hiatus in October 2019.

Most recently, she appeared on the new season of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia.
