A man fell to his death from a 70-metre-high hotel in a popular coastal area north of Perth.
At around 9.30am on Saturday, emergency services were rushed to the Rendezvous Hotel in Scarborough after it was reported that a man had fallen from the building.
He died at the scene.

The hotel is Perth’s tallest waterfront building and is located approximately 14.6 km from the central business district on one of the city’s most popular beaches.
The area is usually filled with locals and tourists dining in the cafe area or exercising on the coastal strip.
The death is considered non-suspicious.
