He’s torn! Jackson Warne, 21 from SAS Australia, shows off his body transformation since appearing on the grueling reality show
He became famous on SAS Australia.
And Jackson Warne proved on Friday that he was in the best shape of his life when he showed off his recent body transformation.
The 21-year-old emphasized his muscular physique by stripping down to a pair of board shorts while standing in a lake.

Jackson’s chest bulged as he stood in the icy water, while also showing off his abs and biceps.
He vomited out the peace sign and captioned the photo with a frozen face emoji.
Jackson previously revealed that he had lost 10kg while filming SAS Australia in November.

He shared before-and-after selfies on Instagram and showed what he looked like after losing the pounds on the program.
Before the show, Jackson weighed 85 kg. His weight had dropped to 75 kg by the time he turned in his bracelet.
In the first photo, the professional poker player showed off his muscular build as he posed in front of a mirror.

In the second photo, he looked relatively skinny, which was most likely due to his restricted diet during the SAS selection course.
In October, Jackson revealed on the show that he had only eaten “10 different foods” in his life.
“I’ve only had ten different foods,” he said, leaving his fellow celebrity recruits horrified.

Jackson told co-star Schapelle Corby that he wasn’t on a special diet, but instead was just stuck.
“No, I’ve always had the same, from childhood,” he said.
Jackson also spoke of wanting to step out of his famous father’s shadow and hope that the lead role in SAS would show people because of his own achievements.
