Sarah Paulson Set to Return to Broadway After 13 Years in an Upcoming Production of Appropriate
Currently, Sarah Paulson is set to return to Broadway in an upcoming production of Appropriate.
The news about the 48-year-old actress was reported this Thursday by various sources, and according to the hollywood reporterthe show will be directed by Lila Neugebauer.
The performer, who was recently seen with her partner Holland Taylor, last appeared on Broadway in 2010, when she starred in a production of Donald Margulies’ Collected Stories.
Appropriate is currently scheduled to begin previews at Second Stage’s Hayes Theater on November 28, with its official opening scheduled for December 18.
The play was written by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, who will make his Broadway debut in the project.

The writer’s previous works, Gloria and Everybody, were finalists for the Pulitzer Prizes.
The play previously debuted off-Broadway in 2014 and had a limited run in London in 2019.
Fitting centers on a pair of brothers who return to their family estate in Arkansas following the death of their father.
Although each of the two has their own reasons for visiting home, the arrival of their estranged brother heralds the beginning of a complete collapse of their visitation.
No other cast members for the upcoming production have been publicly announced.
Paulson has previously appeared in several Broadway productions and played Laura Wingfield in a 2005 series of Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie.
The interpreter returned to Broadway five years later to appear in Collected Stories.
The actress’ most recent stage appearance was in an Off-Broadway production of Lanford Wilson’s play Talley’s Folly in 2013.

While gearing up for his return to the stage, Paulson is also gearing up for the release of his next feature Dust.
The upcoming psychological horror feature centers on an Oklahoma mother who comes to believe that sinister forces lurk in dust storms.
In addition to the actress, the film will feature artists like Annaleigh Ashford and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.
Dust’s release date has yet to be revealed to the public.
