Sarah Jessica Parker is dropping some teasers about the upcoming third season of And Just Like That… – and it looks like there are some new characters to keep an eye on.
The new season of the show, which is a spin-off of the original 2004 series Sex and The City, will premiere next year.
The spin-off, starring Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, Kristin Davis as Charlotte York and Cynthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbes, shows the women years later, living their lives as adults in New York City.
And, during a talk on stage at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, Parker shared that the third season took more than seven months to film and involved “crazy long hours.”
“It feels really big, really robust and exciting,” Parker, 59, said of the upcoming season, according to Variety.

“There are so many interesting stories with additional characters that rightly find a real home,” he continued.
She also teased some new additions to the cast, especially when it comes to her character, Carrie.
“There’s growth with new faces,” Parker said.
“Carrie has a wonderful story,” he continued. ‘History makes big changes and in those big changes we incorporate some big ideas. Some of the male characters have returned and there are some new men.
Parker’s comments about the new season come just as she and Davis revealed whether their own children would ever make a cameo in And Just Like That…
Parker shares three children with her husband Matthew Broderick: son James Wilkie Broderick, 22, and twin daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick, 13.
Davis has two children, whom she adopted: daughter Gemma Rose Davis, 11, and son Wilson Davis, five.
However, they both said MY! News in October that they are not interested in having their children appear in the spin-off. “We’re trying to protect them,” Davis told the outlet.

However, there have been rumors that actress Kim Cattrall was feuding with the cast.
Famously, she did not sign up to revive her character of Samantha in And Just Like That… during the first season, but she made a cameo at the end of the second season finale.
In the series premiere it was explained that Samantha had moved to London, and in the season 1 premiere, Carrie contacted Samantha via text message, making plans to meet in person and reconcile.
Samantha’s return came in the form of a phone call to Carrie.
But unfortunately, it doesn’t look like the star will return for season three.
