Now, Sarah, who still lives with her ex Prince Andrew, can take matters into her own hands with the position of paid partner of Zoul, an app in which she is an “equity partner,” and will continue to “share more of my journey with Zoul throughout 2025′.
Walking through a garden with two dogs, including a Corgi, a favorite breed of the late Queen Elizabeth, Sarah told her followers how Zoul had helped her practice mindful habits, such as taking a moment to sit quietly.

“I think it’s very important that when you have something that brings you so much happiness that you share it, so thank you for that.
‘What I do every day is find a really quiet place… I love trees, I like walking in the garden, I like walking and being very aware of gratitude.
‘I’m taking you here with me today and we’re sitting on this bench… and we’re consciously silent and we look and we think about how lucky we are.
