Last month, Beatrice was crowned the best dressed person of 2024 by Tatler, in a dramatic turnaround for the princess, whose previous sartorial choices have missed the mark.

Many will remember, for example, when the Princess wore a Philip Treacy headdress that looked like a pretzel to the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The change is due, at least in part, to celebrity stylist Olivia Buckingham, who introduced Beatrice to haute couture fashion.

Olivia is also the mastermind behind the style of actress Carey Mulligan, model Poppy Delevingne and socialite Nicky Hilton.

Last year, Beatrice dazzled in an exquisite satin gown by Lebanese designer Reem Acra at the wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa of Jordan.

Paired with the sparkling York tiara, it was one of the royals’ best looks to date.

Beatrice’s current, refined style marks a departure from her previous, more eclectic choices, which included clashes of colors and extravagant headpieces.

Unlike the late Queen Elizabeth and Kate Middleton, who were famous for their rainbow-coloured wardrobes, Beatrice prefers soft, muted tones and delicate floral prints.
