An Australian man has disappeared without a trace while walking his dog in Victoria.
Francis, who also goes by the name Frank, was last seen walking his black kelpie cross collie on Lock Rd in St Arnaud at around 7.30am on Wednesday.
Police said his disappearance “is out of character” and they are concerned for his well-being.
Francis is Caucasian, 180cm tall and has green eyes, short gray hair and a solid build.
He is known for walking around the Center Rd and Reservoir Rd areas.
