Celebrities descended on London’s Roundhouse for the 27th British Independent Film Awards on Sunday night.

Headlining the arrivals were Saoirse Ronan and Ellie Bamber, who looked sensational in metallic dresses.

Irish actress Saoirse, 30, wore a navy blue textured dress with a high neck and a sheer cape that trailed behind her.

She paired the elegant dress with a pair of heels, kept her makeup to a minimum and wore her hair in a chic updo.

Meanwhile, Ellie, 27, opted for a floor-length gold dress with a metallic baroque design and cut-out sections at the waist.

She finished her ensemble with a coat of burgundy lipstick and styled her hair in tousled waves.

She was joined by Ellie Bamber.
