Samantha Armytage has put her luxury holiday home in Hyams Beach, New South Wales, on the market for $3.2 million.
The Farmer Wants A Wife host, 47, had already rented the exquisite three-bedroom, two-bathroom property as a vacation rental for $1,200 a night.
Armytage bought the property, which covers an area of 658 square meters, for $1.765 million in 2018 and has carried out extensive renovation work in the years since.
This includes adding a new roof and redesigning the interiors.
The property boasts stunning nature views and is just a short walk from the iconic Hyams Beach and also close to a variety of amenities.

Sam sold her North Bondi home for $2.8 million in July 2020, before moving to a Southern Highlands farm in New South Wales to live with her husband Richard Lavender.
He married Lavender, a successful equestrian businessman, at their 40 hectare property in Bowral on New Year’s Eve 2020.

The journalist met her husband at socialite Skye Leckie’s 60th birthday party in April 2019 and said there was an instant connection.
He previously told Stellar: “I think we make a good match.” I was very lucky to find him at that time in my life.
Richard added of the early days of their romance: “A lot has been said about those things but I honestly think she was looking for something a little different when she met me.”
He is a shareholder in Lavender Equestrian, which offers a range of horse services in the region, including breeding and training.
According to property records, his 40-hectare estate in Berrima cost $1.95 million when he bought it in 2007.
