Samantha Armytage has put her luxury holiday home in Hyams Beach, New South Wales, on the market for $3.2 million.

The Farmer Wants A Wife host, 47, had already rented the exquisite three-bedroom, two-bathroom property as a vacation rental for $1,200 a night.

Armytage bought the property, which covers an area of ​​658 square meters, for $1.765 million in 2018 and has carried out extensive renovation work in the years since.

This includes adding a new roof and redesigning the interiors.
