Samantha Armytage has announced on social media that her home on the New South Wales coast is now up for rent, a month after lowering the “asking for price” of her home.
She posted several professional photos of the Hymans Beach property to her Instagram Stories and grid on Friday.
“Are you starting to think about your beach vacation this summer?” she wrote in the caption.
The 47-year-old host of The Farmer Wants A Wife has had the three-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront property on the market since last December.
The TV veteran purchased the beach house for $1.8 million in 2018 and has done extensive renovation work on it since then.
Samantha listed the Jervis Bay home for $3.2 million eight months ago, but the property has yet to sell.
According to the list of realestate.com.auThe range Armytage was looking to sell for in August was between $2.5 million and $3 million.
The home is “under new management” as a vacation rental, it noted in its marketing posts, tagging Latitude, a family-owned and operated vacation rental company.
It is now listed among the website’s collection of properties on the New South Wales south coast.

Samantha had previously rented the property through AirBnB on a more informal basis, but this decision to outsource rental management to an outside company indicates that she has no intention of selling it anytime soon.
The glamorous TV presenter lives in the Southern Highlands and often promotes stays at the stunning beachfront home, which sits on 658 square metres and sleeps six people.
Perfect for an idyllic vacation, the property is available as a short-term vacation rental for a staggering $1,200 per night, with a three-night minimum stay.
The property boasts stunning nature views and is just a short walk from the iconic Hyams Beach and other local amenities.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread over two floors.
The house’s beautiful architecture, exquisite design and desirable location make it the perfect property for couples and families.

Meanwhile, in the world of television, speculation is rife over who might host Channel Nine’s next show, The Golden Bachelor.
Entertainment journalist Peter Ford weighed in on the debate this week, revealing that the host of the Nine version of ABC’s hit US show will be none other than Samantha Armytage.
The popular presenter announced her departure from Seven in August after 21 years with the network.
Addressing X, Peter responded to a report about Internal media on the possible host, stating that it will almost certainly be the former director of Farmer Wants A Wife.
“If I were a betting man, I’d bet on @samarmytage,” Peter suggested.
‘She is now a free agent after leaving 7 and has made it clear that she was interested in new opportunities.’
The report itself debunked rumors that former Bachelor host Osher Gunsberg would be returning to the franchise.
Sam became the face of popular dating show Farmer Wants A Wife last year after first appearing as a guest host alongside former presenter Natalie Gruzlewski.
But he shocked fans of the franchise last month by announcing he was leaving Seven after 21 years.
Sam described her departure as “sad and bittersweet” and told The Daily Telegraph she felt her time had come to an end and was excited about her future.
“I go by instinct a lot. I listen to my gut. I know when it’s time. I’m proud that I’ve supported myself enough to say, ‘I’ve done what I can do here,’ and move on,” she said.
“This is not the end. It’s just the end of this chapter.”
After surprising fans with the news, details emerged of the new contract that Sam is believed to have rejected.
A source claimed that Sam threw in the towel after two seasons as a presenter because Seven wanted to cut her salary, according to Women’s Day.
“Sam wanted money similar to what Natalie Barr and Sonia Kruger have,” the source told the publication.
‘Sam was still getting money from an old breakfast TV deal, and that’s not what you get paid to host a reality show these days.
“She was asking for the same amount that Sonia gets paid for three shows. It wasn’t going to happen. Seven simply didn’t have the money.”

They went on to claim that Seven also refused to allow Sam more “creative control” on the reality show.
After 21 years at Seven, where his salary once reached $500,000 a year, Sam’s agents are said to be arranging meetings with Nine and Ten.
Black box television reported in August that Nine will formally announce an Australian version of The Golden Bachelor at its annual Upfronts event in October.
The original series, which aired on ABC in the United States, starred Gerry Turner, a 72-year-old retired restaurateur and widower.
