Fear the Walking Dead star Sam Underwood has been arrested for domestic battery after allegedly “brutalizing” a woman during a violent altercation.
The 36-year-old English actor was arrested on October 7 at 2:30 a.m. in Los Angeles after an argument that turned into a physical altercation with a woman whose identity has not been revealed.
Police were called to the apartment where they found the woman with visible marks on her body, reports TMZ. She did not require medical attention.
Married Underwood was arrested for domestic battery and was booked into jail. He denies the allegations.

The actor remained in the cell for 10 hours before being released, the outlet reported.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is deciding whether possible criminal charges will be filed against Underwood.
According to TMZ, Underwood’s lawyer has photographs, video and audio recordings that would refute the accusations against him.
Underwood is married to California actress Valorie Curry, and the couple married in July 2016.
They met while filming The Following in 2013, where Underwood played twins Luke and Mark Gray and Curry played Emma Hill.
Underwood starred alongside Alec Baldwin in the stage production of Equus, and also had roles in Homeland and Fear The Walking Dead – which is a prequel to AMC’s Walking Dead.
