talking to OK! Sam said: “People say, ‘You’ve had two already, the third will fit.'” But I discovered that my whole life was upside down. Paul and Rosie are at school, nappies are out and they’re pretty independent… and then I’m back for the third!’
When asked if he is considering expanding his family with his partner Paul Knightley, Sam added: “You know what, it’s hard to say no… Being a dad you have all these ups and downs, and now I look at him and he’s such a character.
But he’s not a baby anymore. So I don’t know. I’m not going to say no. I’m motherly, but I’m busy at the moment, so I don’t know at the moment.’

Sam, who is also mother to son Paul Jr, eight, and daughter Rosie, five, shared the importance of rest for working mothers and admitted she juggled breastfeeding her children during their early years.
Sharing the struggles she faced breastfeeding her youngest son Edward, the star added that she was “very unwell” after suffering from mastitis twice.
She went on to reveal that little Edward suffered from “really bad” eczema when he was just four months old, but slowly overcame it by the time he was six months old.
Sam also previously shared how he “naturally cured” his Crohn’s disease after battling the incurable condition for many years.
The star took to Instagram after attending a holistic wellness event where she watched natural healing speaker Barbara O’Neill talk about the lifelong condition.
Following his Crohn’s disease diagnosis in 2014, Sam previously admitted that he began focusing more on his health and well-being naturally.
Crohn’s disease is a lifelong condition in which parts of the digestive system become inflamed. There is no cure for Crohn’s disease, but treatment can help reduce or control symptoms.
At the event, he asked Barbara what advice she would give to someone with the disease, as she recommended dietary advice that included eating certain herbs.
The former TOWIE star admitted her life has changed since having her third child, Edward. She and Paul are already parents to son Paul Jr, eight, and daughter Rosie, five.
Barbara stated that with the right “natural approach” sufferers can be cured “quite quickly”, adding that she did not believe that people could not be cured of this disease.
Sharing a video of Barbara, Sam wrote in her caption: ‘Last night I had the privilege of attending an intimate dinner with Barbara O’Neil, surrounded by natural healers, authors, educators and more. It was an incredible experience to be part of such a wonderful community.
‘During Barbara’s Q&A session, she answered my question about Crohn’s disease.
‘This post is not health advice nor does it tell you what to do. I am just sharing Barbara’s natural approach to curing Crohn’s disease from her experience in natural healing. Take what you want and maybe even try their tips to see how it works for you.
‘Naturally, I got my Crohn’s disease under control almost 10 years ago and I continue to learn new things every day. The body is really amazing.
‘I’m excited for tonight’s wellness chat with Barbara and Philly! While the event is sold out, you can still join us via live stream here; check out my stories x @realbarbaraoneill @barbara.oneill.heals @phillyjlay.’
