Sam Burgess has been accused of harassment after an alleged dispute with the father of his estranged wife.
The advanced Rabbitohs, 30, visited his two children on the estate of the southern highlands of the NSW when he reportedly had a fight with Mitchell Hooke on October 19.
Allegedly, Mr. Hooke asked the NRL superstar to leave the family's three-acre Glenquarry farm – which Burgess did – but the police were called around 5 p.m.
Officers filed a provisional arrest arrested violence (AVO) against Burgess, and court documents revealed that Burgess could not get close to the house.

The fight was followed by the police on Wednesday and the Burgess lawyer was given a court hearing, The Daily Telegraph reported.
& # 39; On Saturday, October 19, 2019, the police were taken to an address in Glenquarry, east of Bowral, around 4:00 pm in connection with a domestic dispute & # 39 ;, a police statement said.
& # 39; The police from the Hume police station were present and an arrest for arrested domestic violence was requested on behalf of a 63-year-old man.
& # 39; After further investigation, a 30-year-old man was charged with the crime of intimidation (DV-related) on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
& # 39; It is claimed that the man intimidated the older man during the incident. & # 39;
Burgess has to go to the local court of Moss Vale on November 6 because of the ADVO issue, while the first mention for the new indictment is mentioned before December 18.
The unveiling comes when the Rabbitohs star announced its immediate retirement on Wednesday due to an injury.
