The 58-year-old actress, who recently celebrated her own milestone with stunning bikini photos, took the opportunity to reflect on Valentina’s “last birthday at home” in an emotional Instagram post on Saturday.
The publication featured a collection of videos and photos that show Valentina’s journey from childhood, highlighting moments with her husband, French businessman François-Henri Pinault.

‘My baby had a birthday at home (for now) and I’m already suffering from separation anxiety. She makes me laugh all day, teaches me so many things, keeps me motivated, inspires me in so many ways, makes me want to dance, sing and cook and makes life so exciting. I love you so much, my Vale,’ Salma wrote in the post.

Before meeting Salma, François-Henri had been married to Dorothée Lepère, with whom he has two children, François and Mathilde.

Penelope was already afraid of flying and the couple realised something had gone wrong when a crew member ran out of the cockpit and put on an oxygen mask.
During an interview for Vogue ArabiaPenelope asked Salma what she had learned from that scary experience.
Salma told him: ‘You’ve always been afraid of flying and you always give me instructions on what to do if you die in an accident!’
