Britain’s most tattooed mother has revealed she has been banned from her local church because of her 800 tattoos.

Melissa Sloan, 46, from Powys, Wales, slammed priests for throwing her out of a church service.

This isn’t the first time the mother-of-seven has said she’s been left out: Last year, Melissa admitted she was never invited to any Halloween parties as she would, ironically, scare the guests.

But being excluded from the church was the final straw for the Wales native, who claims the priest told her, “You have to leave” after she sang “too loud.”

According to the daily starMelissa, who has a crucifix stamped on her nose, found God when her partner Luke fell ill and prayed for his health.

The mother actively participated in church singing and prayers, but claims she was “expelled” from the congregation mid-verse.

She told the Star: ‘They all turned their backs on me laughing at me. The priest said “you have to go”, but most people laughed at me, nothing new. The priest must be evil to do that.

‘I was singing “too loud” and they told me I had to leave, I felt like the odd one out.

“The church is supposed to open its doors to everyone, but they kicked me out of there.”

Melissa described it as a surreal moment, attributing it to her strong voice and perception of madness.

Part of Melissa’s affection for Christianity is her welcoming and open-minded nature, but she is shocked and disappointed by the alleged incident.

Helpless, Melissa feels that part of the church’s mandate is to help people and places great importance on the principle of “love thy neighbor.”

The mother even went so far as to say that she “no longer has faith” in the institution after she was judged for her inclination to get tattoos.

She even suspects there must be evil churchgoers out there to supposedly throw her under the bus like that.

Although the church has rejected her, she still maintains great respect for Jesus and claims that he would not judge her like normal humans do.

This comes after previous claims in which he detailed his difficulties in finding a driving instructor who is prepared to give him lessons.

Melissa said one man almost gave her a chance, but she scared him off after the first lesson.

The tattooed mother admitted that her appearance could surprise strangers at first glance.

Adding to her problems, Melissa has been unemployed for 20 years as a result of her extreme body art.
