Sacha Baron Cohen was spotted on the set of In Ladies First for the first time while filming scenes for the upcoming Netflix movie this week.
The actor, 53, was pictured filming the scene in east London after it was revealed he would star in the remake of the 2018 French romantic comedy I Am Not an Easy Man.
Sacha sported a purple three-piece suit and shirt as he walked down the street to listen to Stayin’ Alive by the Bee Gees in one scene.
The Grimsby star takes on the role of a macho man who finds himself in a parallel universe dominated by women.
Sacha stars alongside the ‘stubborn’ Rosamund as the two tackle an unknown landscape in the alternate reality.
According to the film’s script, the womanizer Sacha receives a wake-up call in the new world, which becomes increasingly complicated thanks to the character of Rosamund.

Sacha’s new film marks a return to filming following the announcement of his separation from his now estranged wife Isla Fisher.
Isla and Sacha announced in April that they had quietly separated last year.
The couple announced the news by sharing a photo of them together wearing tennis gear and using the sport as a metaphor for marriage.
Their statement read: “After a long game of tennis that lasted more than 20 years, we finally put down our rackets.”
‘In 2023 we file a joint application to end our marriage. We have always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working on this change.

The now-estranged couple met at a party in Australia in 2002 before getting engaged in 2004.
Fisher, who compared meeting the actor to “winning the lottery,” converted to Judaism before marrying in Paris, France, in a Jewish ceremony in March 2010.
Ten years later, they moved to Sydney in December 2020 after splitting their time between the US and UK before moving to Western Australia.
Fisher, who grew up in Perth from the age of six, spoke about the move in 2021, telling Stellar magazine that she feels safer in her native Australia.
‘I feel so safe, I guess the word is welcoming, when I’m in Australia. “It’s where I grew up,” he said.
‘I’m happiest when I’m at home. I miss him when I’m not here. I don’t feel any pressure when I’m in Australia. I don’t have to say or do or be anything.
“I mean, I don’t even have to wear shoes.”
It was also reported at the time that the political situation in the US was behind their relocation.
“They didn’t want to raise their children in Trump’s America,” a source told the Sydney Morning Herald in January 2021.
