Reynolds, 47, who was there to support his wife Blake Lively, 36, as their competing films battle it out at the box office, looked dapper in an olive green suit.
The actor wore a white button-down shirt underneath and had a pale pink rose pinned to his lapel for the event, which took place at the AMC Lincoln Square Theatre.
Meanwhile, Hugh, 55, wore a grey jacket over a white T-shirt and matching white trousers.
The co-stars, whose superhero film became the highest-grossing R-rated movie in history after raking in $97 million over the weekend, posed happily with their arms around each other.

The beauty sported the same cleavage-baring look that Spears, 42, wore to a Versace show in 2002 in Milan, Italy.
This dazzling model features a nude-toned base and is covered in beautiful pastel-colored stones.
Much like the pop star did in the early 2000s, Blake balanced the glossy look with a simple, natural-looking nude manicure.
In It Ends with Us, Blake plays Lily Bloom, a woman who begins a passionate (and later abusive) relationship with Ryle Kincaid, played by Justin Baldoni.
The film was directed by Baldoni and was adapted from Colleen Hoover’s 2016 romance novel of the same name.
The duo of Ryan and Blake will face off at the box office this weekend with their respective films.

Lively’s next film, It Ends with Us, which opens in theaters Friday, also stars Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Brandon Sklenar and Kevin McKidd.
It Ends with Us has opened with strong pre-sales and estimates, according to Deadline, and the National Research Group estimates it will gross $23 million.
Presales for It Ends with Us are predicting a $30 million opening as the book it is based on has sold more than 25 million copies, with heavy promotion via TikTok, according to Deadline.
First-day pre-sales are more than triple those of Sony’s 2022 romantic drama Where the Crawdads Sing, which had a $17.2 million domestic debut on its way to $90,230,760 at the domestic box office, according to Box Office Mojo.
The film grossed a total of $144,353,965 worldwide and $54,123,205 at the international box office, according to Box Office Mojo.
Reynolds and Lively share four children: daughters James, nine, Inez, seven, and Betty, four, and son Olin, who was born in February 2023.
