A Russian model who attacked two police officers when they were called up for a brawl between her and a friend has been banned from every bar and nightclub in the UK for two years.
Irina Fedotova, 36, fought Viktoria Goncharova, saying she wanted to ‘destroy’ her marriage after a boozy night on Oct. 29, the Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.
The Russian, who lives in a £ 2 million apartment in Belgravia, assaulted both PC Elisha Dixon and PC Sean Nicholl who had been summoned to Mrs Goncharova’s Chelsea home in southwest London before the incident.
Banned from all UK bars and nightclubs: Irina Fedotova arrives at Westminster Magistrates Court for an earlier hearing
She was dressed in black today and said repeatedly, “May I speak?” as District Judge Michael Snow forbade her from going to nightclubs and bars.
The mother-of-one had denied all charges but later pleaded guilty to assaulting the officers.
Prosecutor said Priya Varma: “This case concerns an attack on two aid workers. It was late at night.
PC Sean Nicholl confirmed that he was on duty on October 29 when he arrested the defendant for another case, he found her behavior on the spot seemed unpredictable.
With regard to PC Dixon, the defendant clenched her fists and shouted at a higher volume. This is at the stage of getting into the police van. ‘
Ms. Varma said Fedotova repeatedly kicked out, opening the doors of the van and hitting PC Dixon’s right arm.
The prosecutor said: ‘She did not want to cooperate in the hospital, she claimed she did not want help.
She repeatedly told officers to ‘f *** off’ and she needed to be physically held in the bed and kept kicking her legs at the officers.
Irina Fedotova, pictured at a previous hearing outside the Westminster Magistrates Court, was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation to the two officers
While officers tried to restrain her, she tried to bite the cop in the left arm, this is Officer Nicholl.
“He responded by pushing her head away.”
Fedotova went to the same court in March 2018 for mocking a fake article in the national newspaper to falsely label her ex-boyfriend as a pervert.
She was fined for conducting a campaign of intimidation against her former lover Gregory Slade in which she bombarded him with ‘sexually suggestive’ lyrics for four months.
Fedotova was fined earlier in 2016 for assaulting a police officer and biting another officer.
James Elvidge explained defensively, “There was an argument with an old friend of hers.
“She was pretty badly hurt, she had pulled quite a bit of hair and there = blood like everywhere – that’s why she had to go to the hospital.”
“She’s unbelievably sorry and sorry.”
Judge Snow intervened and said, “It was the same last time, she bit the officer because she didn’t like to be handcuffed.”
Mr. Elvidge replied, “She has quite thin wrists and when she is handcuffed it causes quite a bit of pain.
‘She’s not an alcoholic, she’s not dependent on alcohol, but if she = too many rinks there could be problems of course and unfortunately this is the second time it has happened.
The judge said to Fedotova, “I note that you said you were sorry for the offense you committed.
Your apology sounds hollow. You are a woman who cannot control herself, you are a woman of violence.
Model Fedotova confessed to assault and was convicted in Westminster Magistrates’ Court
‘You seem to be someone who only cares about yourself.
“You have become violent against the officers who were just doing their job and you did it in a hospital.”
Fedotova, of Lowndes Street, admitted to beating two officers.
Charges against Ms. Goncharova were dropped after the alleged victim failed to prosecute the allegation.
She was sentenced to a two-year community order and had to do 150 hours of unpaid work.
The former model was banned from entering bars, pubs and nightclubs during that period and had to pay £ 100 to PC Nicholl, £ 200 to PC Dixon, at a cost of £ 320, plus a £ 95 victim tax.
