At least 12 people – including a child – are dead after Russian missiles hit another Ukrainian city in Putin’s latest atrocity against civilians.
Three rockets struck an office building and nearby residential buildings in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsya early Thursday, local officials said.
Videos show fires burning in a parking lot near the building with an empty pram on the street as medics load the injured into ambulances.

President Zelensky labeled Russia a “terrorist country” when he condemned the attack, which resulted from repeated attacks on civilian areas across the country.

Every day Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, aims missiles at civilian objects where there is nothing military.

The Vinnytsya attack is just the latest in a series of Russian bombing raids on civilian areas in Ukraine that have killed dozens of people.
