An Australian woman has told how Russell Brand allegedly cornered her in a bathroom and told her “I’m going to fuck you” before flashing his penis in her face – and bragging about it moments later on the BBC.
Rachel, who works in the television industry, met Brand in Los Angeles when the comedian visited his office complex to record a radio show for the BBC in June 2008.
She claims she opened the door and let Brand and his entourage into the building where they were greeted by a BBC producer.
Fifteen minutes later, she walked past the studio where they were recording on her way to the bathroom to get some medicine for a sinus problem.
“I opened a cupboard where the first aid kit with our medicine was and when I turned around there was a groin in front of me,” the woman said. 60 minutes.
Russell Brand (pictured) allegedly exposed himself to a woman before joking about it on a radio show minutes later.
Brand allegedly followed her into the bathroom.
“What are you doing here?” she remembers him asking.
“And he says, ‘Oh, you’re a little bit okay, aren’t you, you’re a bit okay.’
He allegedly told her he would call her “Betty.”
“I said ‘but that’s not my name’ and he said ‘I’m going to fuck you’ and I said ‘no you’re not’ and he said ‘yeah I am’ “.
“Before you knew it, his penis was on his hand and he was serving it to me pretty much like you would a dish or like you would serve food to someone.”
Rachel, who is using a pseudonym to protect her identity, said Brand repeatedly told her he would “fuck” her.
She was saved by a knock at the door which called Brand back into the studio.

Shaken and upset by the ordeal, she texted the BBC producer to tell him what had happened.
To his horror, he reportedly replied: “Yes, I know, he talks about it on the air.
”
Just minutes into the pre-recorded show with fellow comedian Matt Morgan, Brand began bragging about exposing himself to Rachel.
“I couldn’t take him into a booth and show him my pubes, that would never work,” Brand joked.
Morgan asks him, “How long has it been since you last did that?”
Brand says it’s “been a long time,” Morgan interjects: “Barely 25 minutes since he showed his will to a lady…to a receptionist.”
Incredibly, the segment was reportedly broadcast by the BBC.
“What I struggle with when I look back is the fact that no one ever called me,” Rachel said.
“They didn’t listen to the outcome and said, ‘Oh my God, Russell just exposed himself to someone’.”
“It made me sick but I felt it supported my story that he was a predator, he was a leech, he wasn’t a very nice man so in a way I felt justified because it was there and he admits to having done it.”
Earlier this week, Morgan released a statement to the BBC’s News At 10 about the alleged flash incident.
“I was not aware until now of the nature of this meeting. I’ve expressed regret when thinking about the impact of the (radio) show, and this is another example,” Morgan said.
“The recent media coverage has been very distressing to read and I reiterate my absolute condemnation of any form of mistreatment of women.”
Morgan added that he stopped working with Brand several years ago and that during the time they worked together, he was “not aware” of any allegations of serious sexual misconduct against Brand.
Rachel’s claims follow earlier allegations about Brand’s behavior exposed in a joint investigation by the Sunday Times and Channel Four’s Dispatches.
Several women have come forward to make allegations against the comedian, which they say happened at the height of his fame.
The shocking allegations, believed to have occurred between 2003 and 2013, include the alleged rape of a woman at her Los Angeles home and the alleged sexual assault of a 16-year-old schoolgirl.
Brand has denied the accusations, saying all of his relationships were consensual.
He dismissed the allegations as part of a vendetta waged against him by the “mainstream” media.
On Friday evening, he posted a video on social media thanking his followers for their “support and for questioning the information presented to you.”
He then announced he would return to Rumble – an online video platform – after ads on his YouTube channel were suspended in light of the allegations.
In a rambling speech, he accused the British government of demanding that big tech platforms censor his online content and criticized his former employer, the BBC, for its “trusted information initiative” that tackles fake news .
Rachel told 60 Minutes she felt deep shame and regret that she never filed a formal complaint at the time.
In a statement, the BBC said it was investigating his allegations.

Popstar Katy Perry and Russell Brand began dating after meeting at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards and married in October 2010. Pictured at the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2011.
“We are conducting an investigation to look into allegations of this nature and if the woman who shared her story would like to speak to us, we would be very happy to hear from her and anyone else who may have information,” the statement said. .
“A key part of the review is to understand what complaints were made at the time, whether there was knowledge of Russell Brand’s conduct while he worked at BBC radio, and what was done accordingly.
”
“As part of this, we will of course speak to the office team and everyone who worked there in 2008.
“Furthermore, the CEO has been very clear that some of the programming from that period was and is inexcusable and completely unacceptable, and would never be broadcast today.”
