Runaway aristocrat Constance Marten and her boyfriend Mark Gordon are due to appear in court today after the remains of a baby were found in a wooded area.
The Metropolitan Police said they were both charged with gross negligence, manslaughter, concealment of the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice.
Officers found the body of a baby in the Hollingbury area of Brighton, East Sussex, on Wednesday after a two-day search.

Gordon and Marten were arrested Monday after police searched for them for weeks
The child has yet to be formally identified and an autopsy will take place on Friday.
Marten, 35, and Gordon, 48, both of no fixed address, were arrested Monday at Stanmer Villas in Brighton after police spent weeks searching for them.
They have been taken into custody and will appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court today.
