Her statement top featured a black panther and framed in black text, partially hidden by her long raven locks.

Rumer shielded her eyes from the glorious California sun with shades while protecting herself from the new coronavirus with a tan face mask.

The former Dancing With The Stars dancer was holding a black carrying case and her cell phone as she returned to her car. She seemed to be free to make up for the outing.

In her candid conversation, she revealed, “Sometimes I feel like I’m dying. I get sick and my heart won’t slow down. But I realized the worst thing I can do is try to fight it or resist it. ‘

“Breaking the walls of the ego voice that constantly comes at you with judgment can be a daunting challenge,” she wrote.

“It’s so easy to let the negative self-fulfilling prophecy of failure or unworthiness obscure the real truth about who we all are on a fundamental level.”

And after celebrating four years of sobriety last year on New Year’s Eve, Rumer reiterated in late January that her “journey of self-acceptance and self-love” is still a work in progress.

‘I’ve worked tirelessly since I was a young girl to love myself, love my body and my face. Not to allow negative comments from others about how I look to affect the value I have for myself, ” she wrote on Instagram.

Rumer and her sisters Scout, 29, and Tallulah, 27, were born to Bruce, 66, and Demi during their marriage that lasted from 1987 to 2007.
