Rugby Australia boss Hamish McLennan has put his gorgeous Southern Highlands retreat on the market, just weeks after putting his North Shore mansion up for sale.
McClennan has owned the ‘Cedarvale’ property on the south coast since 2011 and put the house on the market Tuesday through Nathan Gair and Roirda Harper of Ray White – Gerringong.
The house listing reads: “Total privacy and seclusion awaits at ‘Cedarvale’, a luxurious 45-acre estate located on the beautiful South Coast, minutes from Berry Township.”
‘Cedarvale’ is an extremely rare slice of heaven and unique properties of this type are almost never available, especially in this tightly held location.
‘The architecturally designed main house is full of character and charm, comprising 3 spacious bedrooms, all with quality en-suite bathrooms and extensive rural views from every window.

The couple first bought the home in 2016 for $7.4 million, so they expect to make a handsome profit.
