Rudy Giuliani was discovered in New York City with his alleged girlfriend just days after he downed an FBI raid on his home as “illegal” and “unconstitutional.”
The 76-year-old got out in Manhattan on Saturday with Dr. Maria Ryan – his rumored girlfriend and former alleged mistress.
Giuliani, wearing a face mask, was seen at a cafe near his Upper East Side apartment, where Ryan met him.
The couple arrived in separate cars, but left the cafe together. Ryan was seen behind the wheel of the car as they took off.
Giuliani appeared to be accompanied by an unknown younger woman as they made their way to the car.
He could be seen sitting in the front seat through what appeared to be files.

Ryan, who stepped down as CEO of a New Hampshire hospital in December, has reportedly been in a relationship with Trump’s personal attorney since 2018.
Giuliani has previously denied allegations that he had an affair with Ryan while still married to his third wife Judy Giuliani.
Ryan was named as Giuliani’s alleged mistress in court documents filed in 2018 amid his divorce from Judy.
Giuliani denied there was any evidence of an affair, despite the fact that he was seen spending the night together in a hotel in upstate New York.
The pair were pictured attending a White House dinner hosted by President Trump in 2019.
Giuliani called Ryan an “ associate ” earlier this year when he admitted charging Trump $ 20,000 a day to contest the election results – despite previously denying demanding money for his legal services.
He told it New York Times in January that his associate – whom he called Maria Ryan – sent an email to at least three Trump campaign officials in November demanding payment.
They were seen together just days after the FBI issued a search warrant in his Manhattan home as part of an investigation into his transactions in Ukraine.

Giuliani, the former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York and former mayor of NYC, has already labeled the 6am raid as “illegal” and “unconstitutional.”
He has tried to discredit the federal investigation, saying the raid – which he said involved seven FBI agents – was unnecessary because he offered two years to give prosecutors his electronic devices and “ deal with them. to talk about ‘.
“They won’t explain to me what they’re looking for for the next two years,” Giuliani told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson.
Giuliani’s attorney, Robert Costello, has previously said that proposed meetings between investigators and Giuliani’s legal team did not take place because prosecutors would not agree to the condition that they reveal more about the investigation first.
Under the warrant, investigators are trying to check Giuliani’s phones and computers for communications with more than a dozen people, including a senior prosecutor in Ukraine.
They are also seeking communication with a US government official or employee regarding Marie Yovanovitch, the US ambassador to Ukraine who was deposed by the Trump administration in 2019, the order said.
In raids, agents seized more than 10 cell phones and computers from Giuliani’s Manhattan apartment and office.
The federal probe is investigating Giuliani’s interactions with Ukrainian figures and whether he has violated a federal law regulating lobbying on behalf of foreign countries or entities.
Giuliani has insisted that all of his activities in Ukraine were conducted on behalf of former President Donald Trump.
Giuliani at the time was leading a campaign to pressure Ukraine into an investigation into current president Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
Trump’s allies have since been revealed to be deeply troubled by the Giuliani attack.
Their fears came to the fore when a transcript of a conversation between Giuliani and a Ukrainian official was published, revealing what appears to be the gist of the FBI’s investigation.
A transcript of his July 2019 call, which took place between Giuliani and Andriy Yermak, who was President Volodymyr Zelensky’s new top foreign policy adviser at the time, was published by BuzzFeed on Friday.
Giuliani tries to establish a working relationship between Kiev and Washington DC during the call – bypassing the usual State Department channels to speak directly on behalf of Trump, although he makes an effort to emphasize that he cannot speak on behalf of his boss.
In particular, he stresses that the new president should investigate Biden, who, while serving as vice president, had pushed for the resignation of the country’s chief prosecutor, Viktor Shokin.
Shokin, who was seen with suspicion in the West, was fired in March 2016 as part of an anti-corruption initiative developed by the State Department and coordinated with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.
Giuliani seeks an investigation and wants Zelensky to publicly accuse Biden.
He also wants Ukraine to investigate possible interference in the election and support the idea that Ukraine – not Russia – could have tried to tip the scales in Trump’s favor.
“ All we need from the president is to say I’m going to put an honest prosecutor in charge, he’s going to investigate and dig up the evidence that currently exists and there is any other evidence of involvement in the 2016 election, ” said Giuliani . Yermak.
“And then the Biden thing has to run out.”
Giuliani says, “He offered Poroshenko a $ 1.2 billion loan guarantee, which is crucial to Poroshenko’s success as president, in exchange for getting rid of an attorney general he did not want to get rid of.
“Someone in Ukraine has to take that seriously.”
Giuliani then turns to Hunter Biden’s energy company, Burisma.
As part of a campaign to discredit and accuse Joe Biden of influencing him, Giuliani was keen to learn more about Hunter’s work on the company’s board of directors.
“That investigation into Burisma has been launched, halted, launched and discontinued about three times,” Giuliani complained.
He also gave the new president a bizarre warning through his assistant: “What I wanted to tell the president is: be careful.
“It’s probably a bit arrogant to say that. I shouldn’t say that about being careful.
“But just like an interested person, beware of those around you because … they can very easily … they can get you in trouble very easily.”
He did not give more details.
