Rudy Giuliani has spoken out against the consultant who claims he sexually harassed her, assaulted her and robbed her of money and now accuses her of extorting men for a living.
Giuliani, 78, was sued by Noelle Dunphy, 43. She claims in her $2 million lawsuit that Giuliani fought tirelessly to hire her, luring her into a job by promising her $1 million, but never paid her.
Instead, she claims he forced her to have sex, forced her to perform oral sex on him at work, and generally put her down.
Today, speaking on his WABC radio show, Giuliani hit back.
She never worked for my company. The things she alleges are false.

I’m not just a punching bag – I punch back! I don’t lie, I don’t abuse anyone and I never have! fumed Giuliani on his radio show
‘I’ve had it up to here. I’m not just a punching bag – I punch back! I don’t lie, I don’t abuse anyone and I never have.
“I sure as hell and I’m not going to sit here and be accused of this by someone doing this for a living.
“I had a report last night that she did it with a guy in Southampton…this woman has spent the last eight years trying to chase down rich men and set them up…Oh my God, I can tell you say more.
“She’s been kicked out of hotels because she’s been looking for them to see if she can find any men to shake. Do you think the public should know this when assessing the complaint?
I wasn’t the first one she did it to.
Dunphy’s attorneys have yet to respond to his comments.

Noelle Dunphy, 43, claims Giuliani forced her to have sex after he “hired” her. He says she never worked for him

The couple made several trips to Florida, spent Valentine’s Day together and were often photographed at Mar-a-Lago
In her lawsuit, she claims that Giuliani did not pay her, but forced her to perform sex acts and sexually harassed her.
In her lawsuit filed on Monday, she claims he “drank morning, noon and night” and “constantly took Viagra”.
Her “drinking rants” included “sexist, racist and anti-Semitic” remarks, she claims.
Among them is his apparent view that Jews should “overcome the Passover.”
“Jews want to spend their fucking Passover all the time, man oh man. Overcome Passover. It was like 3,000 years ago. The red sea has parted, big problem. This is not the first time this has happened,” he reportedly said.

He also ranted about “fucking Arabs”, she claims.
Dunphy alleges that Guiliani forced her to perform oral sex on him while he was on the phone with Donald Trump.
“Throughout employment and the attorney-client relationship, Giuliani forced Ms. Dunphy to perform oral sex on him. He often demanded oral sex while taking phone calls on speakerphone from friends and high-profile clients, including then-President Trump.
“Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct on the phone because it made him ‘feel like Bill Clinton,'” the lawsuit alleges.
She included screenshots of text where he asked if he could “shower” with her and complained about not being “reimbursed” for hotel rooms on St. Valentine.
Dunphy says she has audio recordings of other statements he made that she says prove their relationship wasn’t consensual.
She is claiming $2 million in damages.
She said she was hired by Giuliani in January 2019, when he was working as Trump’s attorney.
Dunphy alleges Giuliani told him a month later that they had a plan to claim voter fraud if Trump lost in 2020.

She included screenshots of text where he asked if he could “shower” with her and complained about not being “reimbursed” for hotel rooms on St. Valentine.
“Specifically, Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that Trump’s team would claim that there had been ‘voter fraud’ and that Trump had in fact won the election,” the complaint states.
“This plan was discussed in several business meetings with Giuliani and Lev Parnas.”
Parnas, a Ukrainian-American businessman, helped Giuliani connect with prominent Ukrainians as part of a campaign to dig up dirt on President Joe Biden’s son. Parnas was sentenced to 20 months in prison in June 2022 for fraud and campaign finance crimes.
Dunphy further alleges that Giuliani bragged that he could “break the laws” because he had “immunity”.
Giuliani, Dunphy claims, asked if she knew anyone who needed a pardon because he was selling them for $2 million.
The former New York mayor was in the midst of a very public and bloody divorce battle when he hired Dunphy.
His third wife, Judith Nathan, filed for divorce in April 2018 after 16 years of marriage.
