However, one star Amorim wants to work with for the first time is currently playing in the Bundesliga.

Before the clash, Amorim wanted to make it clear to his players how difficult the trip to north London would be after facing Ipswich and Everton, and Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League.

“I would like to say different things, but I have to say it again: the storm will come,” Amorim warned Tuesday.

‘We are going to have difficult moments and in some games we will discover ourselves. I know this because I know my players, I know football and I follow football.

“I know it’s very difficult to be a Manchester United manager and say these things. We want to win all the time, no matter what, but we know we’re at a different point compared to Arsenal.”
